How to wash your hands (손 씻는법) - Customers will watch you anytime!!

1. Turn on tap(use the hand basin only). Check water is warm. Wet hands.
2. Add soap to nail brush. Clean each nail. Rinse soap from nails with fingers pointing down.
3. Add soap to hands. Rub hands to make a lather
4. Clean between each finger. Rinse off soap with fingers pointing downward.
5. Turn off tap without hands touching the tap. eg : use an elbow tap or use a paper
6. Dry hands well using a single use towel (such as a paper towel).


If you are a chef please wash your hands after using toilet. Customers actually look at a chef whether a chef washes hands or not.

While working, I went to the toilet. There was one customer in the toilet. Anyway, I was washing my hands after using toilet and he looked at me and just left the toilet. After a few seconds, one customer who just left came back and patted me on the shoulder and said "I don't know whether chefs wash their hands or not in the kitchen but it was really good to see you wash your hands"

Yeah. I was surprised that customers looked at this kind of thing. -_-;;

We should wash our hands after using the toilet that is all I want to say.
